Edward "Ed" Antoniewicz Jr
Waukesha man, 88,
died Tuesday at Waukesha Memorial Hospital.

Edward "Ed" Antoniewicz Jr. of Waukesha, died on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at the age of 88 years.
He was born in White Lake, WI on April 29, 1924 the son of Edward and Clara (nee Bombinski) Antoniewicz Sr.
He was a graduate of White Lake High School and attended St. Norbert's College before graduating from the University of Wisconsin.
Ed proudly served his country in the Army Air Corp from 1943 until 1946.
On June 19, 1948 he married Catherine Ryerson at St. Thomas Church in Milwaukee; she preceded him in death on January 7, 2000.
Ed worked for Waukesha Engine as a mechanical engineer for more than 38 years.
He enjoyed going up north to the family farmstead, was a great-woodworker, a terrific mechanic and loved a good piece of pie.
He will always be remembered as a very kind and patient man, whose grandchildren were above all else.

He will be deeply missed by his six children

Along with his 11 grandchildren: Edward A., Jr., April, Mark, Benjamin, Christopher, Pamela, Timothy, Jacob, Jon, Ryan and Ellen and seven great-grandchildren.
He is further survived by other nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
In addition to his wife Catherine and his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother
Frank.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 12, 2013 from 4 p.m. until the 7 p.m. vigil service at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha, WI 53186.
Visitation continues on Saturday, April 13, 2013 from 10 a.m. until the 10:30 a.m. funeral Mass at St. Mary Catholic Church, 225 S. Hartwell Avenue, Waukesha, WI 53186.
Reverend Jim Vojtik will preside.
Entombment will immediately follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
