Loving dad of Michael (Patricia Nelson), Patricia (Kim) Armstrong, Mark (Nancy Gall), Christopher, Robert (Kristin) and Barbara Van Alstine.
Dearest grandpa of Timothy, Kathryn (Steven) Taylor, Matthew and Nicholas.

Dearest grandmother of Timothy, Kathryn, Matthew and Nicholas. Dear sister of Mary Rushak.
Preceded in death by her sisters, Evangeline Skic and Marcella Sharkey and her brother, Lloyd Massard.

Mavis was a very active volunteer including, 8 years of teaching CCD, 14 years as a Girl Scout troop leader and for 20 years
distributed communion at St. Luke's Medical Center.
